P1201 搭载 Intel® Elkhart Lake Atom® 处理器，是一款针对工业物联网边缘运算而设计的无风扇、超薄型嵌入式电脑。灵活的扩展性是特点之一，除原生丰富的 I/O 接口外，也具备 Mini PCIe、M.2 Key E Type 2230 扩展槽，还可利用专属的 CFM 扩展模块增添 PoE/IGN 等功能。机身厚度仅 41.5 mm，适合狭小空间的安装。
一机双用途 (嵌入式电脑 & 平板电脑)，可说是 P1201 的卖点，仅须透过专属的 CDS 专利技术，依据应用需求搭配不同特性的显示屏模块 (display module) 即可成为工业平板电脑 (Industrial Panel PC)、高亮度平板电脑 (Sunlight Readable Panel PC) 或是开放式架构平板电脑 (Open Frame Panel PC)，满足多元化的显示运算需求。

P1201 具有超薄紧凑的设计，尺寸为 204.5 x 149 x 41.5 (mm)。超薄机身可灵活安装在各式狭小的应用环境，如设备机台、控制机箱或 AGV 等，作为智能工厂搜集数据及移动型边缘运算等应用。
